The Millennium Bridge

Initially plagued with vibration problems, the Millennium Footbridge now forms a striking way to cross the Thames between St. Paul's Cathedral and Tate Modern. It was the first new bridge crossing the Thames in over a century and was jointly designed by Foster and Partners and the sculptor Antony Caro.
